Financial Planning for Business Owners
Impartial Financial Planning services for your business needs
Four Pillars Financial Planning helps business owners navigate financial challenges and opportunities. We create customised plans to help improve cash flow, tax planning, and plan for growth, so you can focus on what you do best – running your business.
How It Works
-
At our first meeting we will explain our services, how they might apply to your situation and the costs that might be involved. We will aim to capture important information about your current circumstances, your financial history, aspirations, priorities, and objectives. From this we can begin to develop the direction your personalised planning will take.
We will close the meeting with a summary of our findings and the suggested next steps towards your plan. There is no obligation to proceed further nor any cost for having this meeting.
-
If our findings and suggestions meet with your approval we will ask you to sign the declaration attached to this agreement, which represents your permission for us to begin chargeable work. We will agree your service level, discuss 'investment risk' and your understanding of how risk may affect you.
This research and analysis stage is vital to ensure that your financial plan is properly designed and any recommendations fully researched and confirmed as suitable for your needs. We start by thoroughly analysing your current position and any planning already in place, based on our extensive knowledge of financial products and investments. Then we diligently research potential solutions for your needs in order to create your plan.
Should we need to consult with any professional advisers or financial services providers with whom you have an existing relationship, we will ask for your express consent to do so.
-
When we have all the information we require, a full Financial Planning Report will be devised to paint a clear picture of your current position and outline a clear and thoroughly researched recommendation for
the solution we believe to be in your best interests. We will arrange to meet with you to discuss our recommendations in full and take you through our Report step-by-step. You are free to take the report away and give it due consideration before agreeing to move forward to the next stage.
Once you feel that you are in a position to progress and you have given us your consent to do so, we will begin implementing our recommendations. We will assist you in completing any forms and ensuring your applications are processed by the relevant organisations in a timely manner.
-
After implementing your new plan the fourth stage is to regularly review it; life is not entirely predictable so it is vital to refresh your plan from time to time in order for it to maintain relevance and maximise the likelihood of a positive outcome.
We also encourage you to focus on the things that make you happy and improve your quality of life. Identifying a good balance between lifestyle and wealth enhancement is a key aspect of our work and develops over time.
Depending on the complexity of advice needed and the size of your portfolio once in place, you may or may not require ongoing advice, planning and review services. These services are dependent on the service level you receive as listed below. It is important to be aware that, in the absence of a specific agreement to provide you with ongoing services, your portfolio will not be monitored.
